The Mad Hattam L.L.C. is a Single Member LLC founded in May of 2019 for the purpose of managing the business practicalities of selling original artwork both online and through direct sales.

It is a Connecticut based and registered organization with proper filings through the Secretary of the State of Connecticut, The State of Connecticut Department of Revenue Services, and The Internal Revenue Service.
